  • What conditions can physiotherapy help with?
    Physiotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including: Back and neck pain Sports injuries Joint and muscle pain Post-surgical rehabilitation Arthritis Chronic pain Postural issues Workplace or repetitive strain injuries
  • What happens during my first appointment?
    Your first visit will include a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. Your physiotherapist will then create a personalized treatment plan, which may include manual therapy, targeted exercises, and education.
  • Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
    No referral is required to see a physiotherapist. However, some extended health insurance providers may request one for reimbursement purposes.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    This depends on your condition and goals. Some people feel better after just a few visits, while others may need ongoing care. Your physiotherapist will give you an idea of what to expect after your initial assessment.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
    Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement and access to the area being treated (e.g., shorts for knee issues, tank tops for shoulder concerns).
  • Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?
